"Parent to Parent is incredibly grateful to Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern for taking time out of her crazy schedule to create this fun piece for our art auction," Parent to Parent spokesperson Steven Mahoney wrote.
"The artwork says it all and with a country to run and a baby on the way, we tend to agree!"
The Trade Me listing has racked up 20,000 page views and, as of Monday afternoon, more than $2000.

The 44cm x 35cm framed piece is up for grabs until Thursday, along with a number of other artworks from New Zealand celebrities including Suzanne Paul and Kelvin Cruickshank.
